Return/Exchange Policy

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair Extensions/Wigs. Hair Extensions/Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, exchanges are accepted as long as you meet the following criteria.

* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items (not because you ordered the wrong size). Please make sure you measure your head size correctly to ensure you order your correct size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We carefully inspect ALL ORDERS before shipping to ensure the customers are receiving undamaged items and the correct order that were purchased. If you did not receive the correct order please contact us at 4boujeewigs@gmail.com WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE WRONG ORDER. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email on the correct address to send Items back to us. Without first requesting an exchange, your exchange will not be accepted. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
